Privacy Policy

Noxe ("we," "our," or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, what we don't collect, and how your information is handled.

What we collect

Noxe uses TelemetryDeck for anonymous, aggregate analytics. This includes:

• App launch counts
• Which features are used (e.g., "timer started," "protocol selected")
• App version and iOS version
• Device type (e.g., iPhone, iPad)
• Anonymized error reports

TelemetryDeck does not use advertising identifiers, does not track users across apps, and does not collect any personally identifiable information. Learn more at telemetrydeck.com/privacy.

What we do NOT collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:

• Your name, email address, or any personal identifiers
• Your fasting history, weight, mood, energy, or any health data
• Your location
• Your contacts or photos
• Advertising identifiers (IDFA)
• Any data that could be used to identify or track you

Health data

All health-related data you enter in Noxe — including fasting sessions, weight, mood, energy, water intake, body measurements, food logs, and progress photos — is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.

This data is never sent to our servers or any third-party service. We do not have access to your health data.

Apple HealthKit

If you grant permission, Noxe can read sleep data from Apple HealthKit to provide sleep correlation insights (Premium feature). This data is:

• Read locally on your device only
• Never sent to any server
• Never shared with any third party
• Used solely to compute on-device correlations between fasting and sleep patterns

In accordance with Apple's HealthKit guidelines, Noxe does not use HealthKit data for advertising or marketing purposes.

CloudKit sync

Premium users can optionally enable iCloud sync via Apple's CloudKit. When enabled:

• Your data is synced across your Apple devices using your iCloud account
• Apple manages the encryption and storage
• We do not have access to your CloudKit data
• Sync is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy

Data deletion

Since all your data is stored on your device (and optionally in your personal iCloud account), deleting the Noxe app deletes all your data. There is no account to close and no server-side data to request deletion of.

Children's privacy

Noxe is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

Third-party services

The only third-party service Noxe uses is:

• TelemetryDeck — Privacy-first analytics. No personal data collected. Their privacy policy.

Noxe contains no advertising SDKs, no social media trackers, and no third-party analytics beyond TelemetryDeck.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
