Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Noxe mobile application ("the app," "Noxe," "we," "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Noxe, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Noxe, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Noxe is a fasting timer and health tracking application for iOS. The app provides:

• Intermittent fasting timer with multiple protocols
• Metabolic body timeline showing fasting stages
• Health logging (weight, mood, energy, water intake)
• Fasting history and streak tracking
• Optional premium features including sleep insights, advanced charts, food logging, and more

3. Medical Disclaimer

Noxe is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The information displayed in the app, including the metabolic body timeline and fasting stage descriptions, is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

The fasting stages and metabolic information shown are based on general scientific literature and may not accurately reflect your individual physiology. Individual results vary significantly based on age, health status, metabolism, diet, and many other factors.

Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before starting any fasting regimen, especially if you:

• Are pregnant or breastfeeding
• Have diabetes or blood sugar disorders
• Have a history of eating disorders
• Are taking medications
• Have any chronic health condition
• Are under 18 years of age

If you experience dizziness, fainting, extreme hunger, or any adverse symptoms while fasting, stop immediately and seek medical attention.

4. Premium Subscriptions

Noxe offers optional premium features through in-app purchases:

• Annual subscription: $14.99/year (price may vary by region)
• Lifetime purchase: $39.99 one-time (price may vary by region)

Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and managed by Apple. By purchasing a subscription:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Annual subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings under your Apple ID > Subscriptions
• The lifetime purchase does not renew — it is a one-time payment

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their terms and conditions.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the app in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Not use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app or its related systems

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, and trademarks in Noxe are the property of Noxe and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app without our express written permission.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of Noxe is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle (and don't handle) your data. In summary: your health data stays on your device, and we collect only anonymous analytics.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Noxe is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied
• We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
• We are not liable for any health outcomes resulting from the use of the app
• In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Noxe, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
